One need to know the reason behind Ego. You can not just blame ego .

In ´my all text , i did not mention about flirt and not even literally. When someone go against the love , which is apparently the production of romantic movies or invention of teen ages brain , opposition blame for flirt.
As i mentioned, Love your work , Love your country , love your objective instead of counting the love mails in inbox of hotmail or sending the love text messages.
If we can not change the destiny then we can not become the blind and deaf. World is not full of jerks , flirts and perverts , a person always see the world what he/she is :=).
A stupid always find the world as full of stupidity and a fool always attract to another fool. You have to make decision , which category do you fall in :=)

CRM is not the database itself .It install the databases on SQL server (2005 SP2). It is front end application like oracle CRM , salesforce CRM.
Access is not supported for Microsoft CRM.
